Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Databricks to join our team and support one of our key clients – a leading company specializing in large-scale data solutions. This is a full-time opportunity for EU-based candidates who want to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

What we expect you to bring

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong background in Python and SQL
• Solid hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark pipelines in production)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Fluency in Ukrainian and a minimum B2 level of English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

What will be your tasks

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks PySpark
• Work with large-scale datasets, ensuring performance and efficiency
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Apply best practices in data engineering, including testing and monitoring
• Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to deliver robust solutions
• Ensure data quality and governance across the entire pipeline lifecycle
