As we expand our customer deployments, we are currently seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to deliver insights from massive scale data in real-time. Specifically, we are searching for someone who will demonstrate a unique and informed viewpoint, enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team, and help to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction, and with a strong track record of bringing products to life.

What we expect you to bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support
  • Familiarity with tools like Linked Helper, Apollo, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and a minimum B2 level of English
  • A curious mind—you like to understand why a company might be a good fit
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Instantly.ai etc.) is a bonus
  • Reliability and consistency—you get things done on time and care about quality

What will be your tasks

  • Research and identify potential leads based on our ideal client profiles
  • Use AI tools to speed up your work, but always double-check and refine the results
  • Collect and organize key information about companies and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (industry, size, activity, etc.)
  • Keep our CRM and lead lists up to date and well-structured
  • Work closely with our outreach and sales team to support their efforts
  • Stay curious and proactive—suggest new ways to improve how we find leads
